Has anyone used their points and won something? i'm just wondering how many entries are a good idea if i really want something..cheers

I have traded in points a couple of times, for movie premiers, the Q concerts at the Docks and for Breakfast with Derringer when they had the comedy contest last year. But somebody in this group (who I know in the real world) managed to get the Brekkie tickets with one 500 pt entry.

I'm saving my points for when the trade-ins are worth grabbing or for when the contests are more valuable than a $300 video game. As for how many entries, remember that there are hundreds of thousands of listeners out there, so if you want something you may as well throw all you have at it.

I had dumped all my points towards the Kiss Concert for the private box. But I ended up having tickets in the 6th row! Seats were good... concert was crap!
Sound problems, stage problems...etc... very dissapointed!
AC/DC was 10000000000% better even at the Skydome!

I placed literally 1,000's on a cash draw for $750.00 and got nothing had enough points left over for a couple of entries into the draw for the waterproof camcorder and won that.

It's my belief if your going to win that it's not number (Quantaties of Entries) which count but the randomness of the system pulling the award.
