To all of you... I agree with the electric vikinng...(being Danish myself, that would mean we were somewhat related).. It was the AC/DC contest that made me join and meet all of you nice folks.. I peeked in every now and again prior to the contest, but stayed to add to all the friendly (and sometime not so friendly) banter we have together. I wish all of you Good Luck in the quest for the big prize. And IMac.. I to hope it is one of us that does win

I would like to also thank all of you for the votes for Snoopy.. It sure caused a lot of ruckus (my bad..lessoned learned).. But looking into the contest.. the top dog has some 31,000 plus points..Snoopy..67 lol. but it is a beauty picture none the less and I thought it Christmas card worthy...oh well.. I guess I'll just have to figure out how to make my own Christmas card with the pic...

Well - it finally happened. After all the weeks of looking after my mom and sister, I am now sick. Nasty, nasty chest. I am going to spend the day watching a marathon of the Dog Whisper. I LOOOVVVVVE.... Cesar Milan and Big Daddy. I will check in later. The couch is calling.

to funny i worked at mothers when they were in oshawa

I worked as a dishwasher at the Mother's Pizza on Kipling Ave. when I was in grade 9. I got kind of turned off their food though, when I found out the meatballs came as little dehydrated pellets and they just added water to them before putting them on the pizza or in the spaghetti.... but I guess that's what most of the places do now.

I worked at Mother's too - as a cashier part-time in college at Danforth and Danforth. Quit when the owner was sleeping with a bunch of the girls and threatened to fire me if I didn't sleep with him, too.

My boy friend and I loved Mothers in Oshawa. Used to go there in 1977/78 because we could get a 1/2 bottle of Brolio wine and two spaghetti's for $9.99 on our meager college budgets. Those were the days.
