Seeing how there's been a few ill people, just wondering if anyone has become ill after taking the flu shot?
I'm debating if I should take it or not. I workout in a gym, and most of our excercises require partners....and everyone's constantly getting sick.
Just wondering... thanks in advance for any replies.

hi Virrys - hope you are feeling better soon..... I didn't get a flu shot never have...I think I got the flu this time cause have been doing way too much...so my body went on strike..... rest, drink lots of fluids.....tons of TLC..

I'm in a quandry through.
Problem is I do a type of martial arts where we are always close to our partners. Some of them don't even know they're starting to get sick and end up infecting everyone else. Just wondering if the flu shot could prevent that!
