....my 2 fluffy daughters are not in the top 10 for brains ( but in my top 2 for being beautiful!!).....Kira is my Bernese, and from what I understand on my Berner group, the Berner brain fairy makes a visit when they are 3 years old ( she'll be 3 in March)......but no guarantees she will make a stop.....LOL!!!...she's pretty good tho....she knows sit, down, bed, walk, under the table, come, up the stairs, cookie, peanut butter, my sons' names, car ride, dinner, get a drink, go pee, who's that? ( which sends her barking towards the door!!), and of course, the all important "squirrel".....ROFL!!!....
...Roxie, the mini dachsie, knows basically the same ones, including blanket....and her "sit' is hilarious....you have to look REEEEAAALLLY closely to see her little dachsie butt lower a millimetre or two to her sit position....soooo funny!!!!.....TROrrabest, Orratime!!

Ok, so g'mornin all....just a thanks for all the help with the codes and words.....I have 3 more cards to make, all 3 Jewish themed.....I hope I get it right, I just don't want to offend anyone, so I'll go with blue and candles.....
.....and I just finished licking my dry lips here, and discovered the start of a cold sore....aaaargghh!!!......I HATE those things.....it's hiding at the corner of my mouth tho, so that's good....better than having a "rose" in full bloom right in the middle of my bottom lip...still, they are a pain in the butt, so I'll be hauling out my cream to attack it.... %$@$# ....just in time for Christmas pictures, oh happy day....NOT!!!....TR:-(Orrabest, Orratime!!

Good morning fellow Canucks!
Hope you are enjoying the gentle snow flurries out today. Nothing to panic about. Hopefully it won't wreak havoc on the roadways at rush hour tonight.
11:15am Winning Word: privacy
Have a great day folks!

I agree that border collies are a smart breed and that they are Scottish has nothing to do with that. LOL
But being smart is subjective. Most dog trainers that I know say a smart dog is one that can be trained to do things. they have said that dogs like Border collies, German Sheppards. Dobermans are not necessarily smart but that all these skills are bred into them. I always thought of my Dalmation as being dopey but the ease and how quick he can learn things made him a smart dog. Everyone loves their dog and think they are the smartest dogs in the world.
Oh by the way my sister has and has bred Border collies and most all that she has owned have died by way of automobile. They live on a street that is 200 feet from the house and might see fifteen cars in a day on it.
Go figure.
