Oh by the way my sister has and has bred Border collies and most all that she has owned have died by way of automobile. They live on a street that is 200 feet from the house and might see fifteen cars in a day on it.
Go figure.

We have an acre and a half of invisible fencing for our Chesapeake...works like a charm (he's 10 now)

. Owner said she couldn`t be trained - in 15 minutes I had her tugging & releasing on command. I tied a small length of rope to a couple of doors & a cupboard & had her opening & closing them. I also convinced the little food thief to sit happily beside a plate of cold cuts without bothering with the food. Too bad the dog was smarter than the owner, took a lot more to teach the owner how to make the dog happy. But the dog is now happily doing chores around the house & there`s no more destruction.

.....hehehe!!!...you know your housepets, and how to make them good roomies!!!....those JRT's can be an absolute nightmare, they need a firm hand, and not advisable for a first time dog owner.....you have to think like a dog, and know their heirarchy system, and you need to set out to be the top dog....once they get that, it's pretty much smooth sailing.....you HAVE to establish yourself as the "alpha", first and foremost....and never treat them like children, cos they're not......they don't sleep with you, you eat before they do, you go thru a door first...little things like that make SUCH a difference.....TR

before I disappear for the day, g'mornin, all, and the usual mega thanks for all the word/code posts....
...off to court with my bro for support, hopefully this will be the last of the court/divorce thing for him......the b**** he was married to has dragged this on for almost 5 years, and some of the stuff she has done is unbelievable.....getting a second mtge on the house saying she was not a spouse, yet she is asking for spousal support?!?!?....stealing her kid's first Visa card, then when the letter came in to activate the number, he had to call, cos he didn't have the card yet....he found it in her car?!?!?!?.....setting up a fake account in another kid's name, and laundering $$ thru it....he found out, sent a letter to my bro and her's lawyers, so she was furious, and kicked him out....claiming my bro's business as her own, then taking $$ for services people never got and blamed it on my bro ( um, check the dates, idiot?!?!?!?).....she was offered 72,000 a year from him, but she wants 120,000?!?!?........I can't stand the sight of her, and hopefully all 4 kids will be there for him.... she will reap what she has sewn, and Christmas will be a lonely one for her, cos none of the kids want anything to do with her....aw, too bad....
....anyway, still timed out for repping, but I may get a chance to be here later......wish him luck, we just HAVE to get this broad out of his life.....PERMANENTLY.....see you all later....TR
