Morning all. Got back from the breakfast a little while ago, great food & show, but a few technical glitches that I don't think they were aware of (distorted sound at the back, lack of elevator for those of us that are stair challenged). All in all it was a fun time. If anyone else was there, I was the gal in the black pants & white top shivering (I was born in a snowstorm, which likely explains why I HATE the cold) in the booth right at the doors.

Sounds like last night was a lot of fun! Hopefully next time I can go to an event that doesn't require me to get up hours before sunrise.

Did get to a Christmas party down here at the club.
It was fun with food and X-mas cheer. It was my backup if I didn't win either of Q's events, everything seems to happen at the same time!

April Wine still rocks! So so good. I was right up at the stage, dead centre...couldn't have been a better view. We had a great time. Wasn't a fan of the Led Zepplin tribute band...the music was pretty good but his singing...omg it hurt! There were a group of 20-somethings next to me who knew all the words to all the Led Zepplin songs. I only recognized three songs and they knew all the words...go figure. That kills me theory that I'm too young to be a Led Zepplin fan.

And ladies...Jason Ward...completely hot! Obviously he spends a good deal of time body building and from what I could see...it's working.

So glad I got to see April Wine...it's been quite a while since I've seen them. I'll be sending a "thank you" email to Q tomorrow...it was a great night.
