I was sitting on the sofa watching TV when I heard the lttle lioness' voice from the kitchen.
What would you like for lunch love, chicken, beef or lamb?
I called back, "Thank you, I'll have beef."
Her response came back “Screw you, you're having turkey soup. I was talking to the cat."This Month's Cool Site - Google Translate for Animals

Hey Blue Water. $400 will get you a decent refurbished laptop at Tiger Direct. Best Buy has some 10" laptops online for $249. I'm looking for a new desktop for my assistant and ran into these.
Hope everyone's enjoying Boxing Day (the great Canadian tradition). I survived the Sambuca and cherry chocolates. I do think the hair of the dog is in order soon though.
Probably seems a bit early for drinking, but I'm all screwed up ... went to bed at 4 am then woke at 6am to get a drink and breathed when I should have swallowed and got up coughing. Then I couldn't get back to sleep and keep saying to myself that 2 hours sleep isn't enough, it's the middle of the night stupid, go back to bed. But then maybe I'll say, "Skip it, it's night time and time for another drink." I haven't decided yet

How's everyone doing today?
What the heck is with all this rain.......it makes for very muddy paws.
I hope that you all enjoyed a wonderful day yesterday.

Hey everyone: Glad everyone had a nice Christmas.
Wow popa you were one of those out there that early at Bestbuy! I'd never go at that time. Hope you got a really good deal for doing that. I lined up for 1/2 hour before 9 a.m. to get my daughter the Ipod touch, that was enough for me. She's thrilled to have it but our computer is having problems downloading Itunes so its very frustrating right now. We are going out to look in a few stores, not downtown today, just a small mall.

Congrats winning that laptop, I tried too!

But when you buy for yourself, you have to compare prices, and shop wisely, and all that... It would have been so much easier to win one...
besides, there are other things that i would like to shop for first..
Such as...some kind of small digital camera. for situations such as the Jingle Ball, where a nice little camera could be easily handled... or for martial arts events when you can easily stash a little camera away during a class or seminar.
Now... suggestions as to brand, etc. would be appreciated...
Meanwhile, i would suggest a nice coffee flavoured drink, geez i think that i have 3 different kinds right now: Kahlua, Starbucks, Tequila Rose coffee cream liqueur.
after a nice little nap, then you'll be ready for action again...

I hope everyone had a safe and happy Christmas!!
We did lots of travelling; visiting parents, kids,
and if you can believe it (I don't!) GRANDkids!!
A very good Christmas here. We even SAW Santa Claus walking down
our street, late Thursday night!! I swear!! (Gosh-A-Mickle!!) One of
his reindeer must have thrown a shoe, I guess. But he waved, and wished us
a Merry Christmas! (Of course we expressed the same back!!)
NOW: Our 4:15 Winning Word for this Boxing Day IS:
EXILE
