WTG I just had a chat on MSN with Apollo, Thor, Ganesh and the Gitchee Manitou; the consensus was that tomorrow you don't have to get up until 7:00 but that's the best I can do for you.

That Getty Lee just can't sing worth a poop

No kidding......he sings like a sheep bleats.....drives me nuts, and that nasally high pitched squeal he has is like nails down a chalkboard.....both my boys think they're great, but hey, this is the generation that thinks death metal and thrash metal rule.....uh-huh, yeah right......I would not trade my musical upbringing in any other decade than when it was......
.....it pretty much started in 1962, before the US invasion of Britpop, sitting in front of the TV, watching the UK equivalent of Ed Sullivan, and seeing the Beatles for the first time.....I can still remember that moment as clear as day, riveted to the TV, and I was only 6....one of those life-defining moments......
....so. on the heels of that, what was your musical "magic moment" when you just knew you'd never play your parents' albums again?...TR
