Well - I'd like to relate! LOL But I didn't arrive in Trawnna until sometime

in ought 69... The only places I hung out in, as it were, were The Gasworks, and I THINK I was in the Mynah once. Or twice.

I think it was '70 when I got a season pass to Ontario Place and spent

almost every single evening and weekend there. (I lived within a

very short walking distance!) But, those years are all a blur.

BY the way, I just checked up on Walker's Swing - looks interesting!

My first experience with Scotch was Red label, and that kept me from

trying Scotch again for at least 20 years!

    KarlB

Almost time to light up the woodstove for the evening!

Anyway, I think thats what you must mean, the Mynah Byrd would be pretty small for a band like that. Iron Butteryfly played the Masonic too.
You are probably correct, nice to see someone else from those daze on the forum...

I'm startin to feel like an oldtimer myself. My youth was spent trompin on the Danforth. I used to work at the Theater when they would play The Song Remains The Same twice on friday night and The Rocky Horror Picture Show twice on saturday night. Man... some good times back then. If only those walls could talk.

The Rock Pile was an old Masonic Temple at the corner of Yonge and Davenport in Toronto. It lasted for little over a year, but in that short time, some of the greatest performers in the history of Rock played on that stage.

OK, something is not right here..... I am typing in the name of the theater that I used to work at. But when I post the reply, the name of the theater is missing. Is someone playing games or what!!!?? Its not a dirty word or anything. It's pronounced ROCK- SEE. But spelled differently.

Nossir; but this morning, when I clicked on each BONUS SITE, they

seemed to take longer than usual to load; then when I refreshed the page,

I'd only gotten credit for three of them!!!

Went back and redid the missing eight sites, and received credit. Weird.

    Nice day out, though!!!

I have to come downtown every day, mind you I take the GO train which is a little better than the TTC however I agree with you 100% about the rudeness of the people. I often say to them I'm sorry I forgot I took my invisible pills this morning and you can't see me as they bump into me and not say sorry.
    Hiya gtown girl

Wow your scaring Santa, having to put up pushy people.

One thought is if you take your invisibilty pill how will I see you?
