The two refer madness were easy, but I darn well couldn't get through!

I've got an awful kink in my back that came on suddenly, anyone have any suggestions how to get rid of it? Its the third one I've had in my life and its a real drag. Help!

I find a few days of Advil works well. A muscle relaxant. Or if you need something a little stronger, try Robax Platinum. It's also a muscle relaxant. You can just take one and expect it to go away, it needs to be in your system for a few days to work it's magic. At least that's what I find.

and a special welcome to all the newbies, potential newbies and lurkers alike!(i still lurk around here and there.)

i'm happy to be home from the DR. thank-you for all your encouraging rep comments; especially, "Heartgirl" for your pm's. Now i understand how you got your name.

wow! a lot of catching up to do...new contest(very exciting).


i'm trying not to be a downer, But...
i took some photos at puerto plata air port...huge load of supplies for haiti on transport trucks: no local drivers. they know they won't make their destination without a bullit to the head. it'll be our brave guys/gals that drive...

(i won't be back to the DR...the *locals don't give a d*** about the Haitians or their problems)
