Ok all you Qsters out there, I have a proposition to present to y'all. I have been a member now since November and since then have made a few good online friends. I come here daily and get to see some great posts and some good interaction between all the members....so I thought, hey why not do this in person??? I am hoping that everyone here or as many as possible would like to meet on a Friday or Saturday night at a bar somewhere in the GTA and just have a meet and greet. We could pick a bar and if we get enough people interested, we could have them section off an area of the bar for us to use and we could meet up and see everyone face to face.

The question now is...who is interested in doing this? and does anyone have any suggestions for a meeting place. We would need to pick somewhere that is easy to get to and that is central to the members.

I would appreciate if respondents could post to my public profile so all the replies will be in one place and I don't need to go through pages of posts to get a numbers count.

I was thinking we could do this in late Feb or early Mar just to give some time to coordinate it. I've never done something like this before so if anyone has experience and wants to help out, let me know.

I'll sit back now and see what happens...

I haven't been able to contribute like I want to because of school..... Head is spinning.... school, homework, school, more homework.... I see a pattern developing here...

I'd be in, on one condition - 'ya gotta come "dressed" like your screen name!! As in I'd have to wear a double blue sweater with a 53 on it and you'd have to be dressed like Eric the Red in a thunderstorm.

Oh wait, that might get complicated. WTG, Divotman or Putt might confuse us by carrying a TwoIron. What if Myopic Mouse were wearing her contacts ... and the guy who was dressed normally but just kept walking around clapping?
