What I have done several times when I can't comprehend what they are saying is I wrote to the " contact us' email address, and or the host on air.
Most of the hosts know me(not sure if it good or not) lol...
and often they respond,.
Their help desk always answers me and they will give me the points if I provide them with what I heard and it doesn't work. We must keep in mind... if we their 'customers' are not happy.... that is not good for business. I haven't been a pest nor have I been unreasonable. I have been
fair and respectful, as I try to be in my day to life!
So try writing to them. I told them that Jeff Wodds voice doesn't come across as clearly as Steph's or Joanne's. Jeff's for some reason has some background noise that tends to distort the words at times.

One of us from this amazing group is going to win !@!

I thinks that perhaps that is why the Q accepts just the first 3 letters of any word. Many of the words are difficult to actually know what the word is when we only hear it once or twice over the radio, especially without it even being put into context for us.

Yea, I like Steve Miller too. I had an album called "Anthology", It was great with songs like "Space Cowboy", "Livin in the U.S.A." , "My Dark Hour" etc. etc.

I remember the station we listened to; CFGM 1320. I don't think we even HAD an FM station in the car. (there were no FM country stations, so we didn't NEED one, LOL!)

I remember my mom in panic mode when CFGM moved from 1320 to (I think) 640. You can imagine the pandemonium when they switched to a pop format (The HOG)

So you declined support to your local radio station eh?
I recall loads of fun when I worked at CHIC in 1974 and 75. I did everything from yard work to on air news reports. I even had the satisfaction of doing interviews with many of the rich and famous as a teen. Management at CHIC would hand anyone the mike back then so long as you didn't ask for more than a buck an hour. Their audience was pretty small; it was almost like talking to yourself.

yes CFGM did move to 640. and I remember it as the HOG.
Hank Jr's music, I like. A Country Boy Can Survive is a great song...got a shot gun, a rifle and a four wheel drive, a country boy can survive.

the hoax trivia question was about Dark Side of the Rainbow - syncing up Dark Side of the Moon with Wizard of Oz...has anyone tried it? Does it work? I've heard about it but never tried it myself.

I never tried to sync it myself, but I downloaded a DVD image of Dark Side of the Rainbow over 2 years ago. I just dug it up, well I never noticed it came with this txt file about the sync to the movie. Sorry its text is not wrapped around though, have a look!
