Hey, talk about wins. Just a minute ago right after I responded to psells post about possibly meeting up at the Million Vacations night the Q is putting on I heard Alex say if you are the 7th caller through so I started dialing and he said I was the 7th one through so I won some tickets to it! Right On! As I said they do give away vacations at this thingie!

Hmmm, radio contest winning...only lately with the Q,...Auto show tickets, a $100 iTunes (submit a iTunes playlist), and test drive a Lamborghini...oh, and year's ago called in a news story to CHUM-FM and they used it and they paid $50. I was hoping to add a trip to London to see Clapton/Beck but we all know how that turned out ...

The best I've done in a radio contest is $590 from the Key 590. It was about 20 years ago. They would play clips from a movie and the 5th caller would guess what the movie was. They started at $59 and each time a caller was wrong they added another $59. Needless to say, the clues had gone on all day and 9 people were wrong before lil' 'ol me called in and got it right. Thanks Tron!
