I don't really care which way it is placed as long as it is there...remember to always make sure that the tools are there to do the job...

Now, if your toilet paper has printing, like mine does, then it has to be over 'cause you wouldn't be able to read the instructions on the roll.

BTW my toilet paper is printed,

"front" and "back".

The changing of the TP is my house is a monumental task,
The boys don't seem to know how it's done, even though I ask,
Under or over is fine by me, it's really not an issue,
As long as what I am using is that double ply bathroom tissue,
It used to come in colours so you could match your colour scheme,
I think some even had patterns or the crest of your favourite team,
A debate that will go on, & it is just a matter of choice,

When I moved in to my new home 4 years ago, I was advised by a plumber not to use Charmin as it would plug up my toilet. He told me it has a reputation for that. It could be too because my toilets are all low flush...
Needless to say I wasn't and still am not in the mood to experiment with it.

I don't know if this helps at all but there are 2 shows, Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th both starting at 6:30pm. Hopefully you'll know soon which one you're going to so you can make your sight-seeing plans.

I have only heard ONE valid argument for the roll being in the "under" position; someone who had a cat who would unravel the entire roll if it was in the "over" position.

and, yer supposed to put it under when you have toddlers who like to play with the toilet paper!!
