I hope no one else made the mistake we made.

My wife got an email from Club Q this morning saying that she had won auto show passes. We decided to head in today for the show, so we dropped by the Q office to pick up our passes. There was no one at reception today who could hand them out. I get it that it's family day and all, but it would have been nice if their email would have been accurate, instead of the standard message saying that you can pick up your passes Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. It's a radio station and it's on 24 / 7. How were we to know that they wouldn't have someone at the desk?

Because it isn't a federal holiday even the mailmen (persons) were working today.

Clearly not good timing on Q's part! Of course, neither was it good timing to have a contest end on Feb 14 for tickets to a show that actually started on Feb 12. Congratulations however for winning!!! You still have almost a week to go.

Rather than take this matter to PM, personal e-mail, or even respond (directly or indirectly) to any of my concerns to the moderators, you instead decided to publish your grievance with me openly for all to see. Damn you! You can take you pathetic board and shove it, because you have just confirmed what I have said here so many times: This board has 2 completely different sets of rules. One for the board's owners/administrators and their kiss-a$$ followers, and one for the rest of us. May you sleep well tonight!!

I do believe that Boo was just stating a warning, which most board DO post publicly so that members know that action is being taken.
