I want to tell you how I mess with telemarketers. When you know for sure that it's a telemarketer because of the second or two pause before they pick up. Yell hello again while they are talking and pretend not to hear anything "Hello? Is anybody there? Hello? Damn phone's broken again" It get's them every time!

....hehehe, good one!!!...I usually just pretend that the dog is getting into something, say "Hang on a second'", and the phone down....or I just disconnect.....for a while after that Do Not Call registry thing, I would tell them I am on the Do Not Call list, and most would back off....not all, however....TR

LOL! All the time. I just have incredible powers of retention when it comes to silly, trivial things. Like the last word of spoken dialogue in the TV series M*A*S*H. Sure, the last episode was on Monday evening as part of the History Channel's marathon, but since the date of its airing, the word "What?" has been drilled into my head, because someone asked me the following day.

man i suffered for years with migraines,the only way i got rid of themwas to get a shot of demoral in the butt, my aunt suffered also she went to a bone cracker fixedher right up she told me about him i went fixed me up to,now i get headaches ( well i live with them really) on drugs that i cannot go without. all the texts and dr's i've gone to have said nothing about using magnesium. i'm going to check it out ,i've been on this drug well over 20yrs i need to get off them. everytime i go 4 a drug
test i test positive for coke.

Hey Poppasmurf...anyone in the medical/drugs end of things will NOT tell you about natural stuff, I think they have some kinda deal going between them and the pharmaceutical companies to keep them in business...
...vets are the same way....my friend got stuff to get rid of fleas on her 2 pooches, and if it didn't work, try it again in a month....?!?!?!....when my 2 got fleas, I researched and bought a powdery/flour-y stuff called diatomaceous earth....you rub it into the dog's coat and leave it on ( complete inert and not harmful at all )...and sprinkle it on your carpets/rugs/dog beds...it's made up of a microscopic organism with spines, and those spines break the exoskeleton outer shell of the fleas, causing them to dry out and die, and it does the same thing with the eggs....a physical cure, NOT a chemical one...
.....you apply it after that on any area you see the dogs scratching, no waiting.....and it's also digestible.....it takes care of inside parasites and worms, including heartworm and giardia ( which comes from drinking dirty water)....same thing, it attaches to the worm/parasite, and dries it out, and it is excreted in the poop....my fluffy girls will get it for a week sprinkled on their food in the spring, which is how long it takes for heartworm to show up after the previous summer.....more people need to know about this stuff.....TR

In 2 more days there is another draw for another DYSON vacuum and im dropping 700,00 points on it ,thats all I have after losing my 5 million on the last dyson draw as we all know,BUTTT a very kind person(GoldLion) on our friendly thread is putting his points on it and if he wins he said he is going to give me the DYSON,what a nice guyyy,I was shocked when he wrote me so everyone cross their fingers I get this darn vacuum as I deserve it ,ill donate 20 pairs of my pj's also to anyone that needs them,LOL,!!!

P.S. I promised GoldLion id make him fudge for life if I get the vacuum!!

My CD / DVD Burner at home seems to have crapped out. (I think having ripped about 60GB of material to my iTunes from my CDs in the last month or so may have contributed to it, lol!) Looking at new burners at Best Buy and Canada Computers, looks like I can find a decent drive for under $40.

Is swapping the burner a simple process? I've had some experience changing soundcards and such. It looks like a simple matter of removing the old piece of crap, plugging in the new one and updating the software.
