I sent a submission to Wikipedia all about Smart Canucks,
They returned the article back to me & called us a bunch of schmucks,
It seems we do not qualify for any world wide reading,
They questioned what are motives were & perhaps our lack of breeding,
I explained the way we do things without any rhyme or reason,
& posting stuff never takes a rest, with us its open season,
I told them we have avis to promote our inner selves,
They replied it sounded like we should be filed on dusty shelves,
Now I’m trying to promote us in our glorious diversity,
& I didn’t want to sound vain or smug or at all persnickety,
Look at what we’ve accomplished on the Club “Q” thread alone,
I’ve heard about a new fragrance called Ode-de-Q cologne.
We could put our heads together and design Smart Canuck T-Shirts,
& wear them everywhere we go, especially at concerts,
A SC fashion line that includes flannel jammies too,
The kind with easy access for those trips to the loo!!

Every once in a while Mr Alohamom, herein to be known as Ohanaman, will randomly sing "Basketball Jones" and wiggle his eyebrows at me-do you think he is trying to woo me? Another one of our favs is the Blind Lemon Chitlin routine-too funny, I can remember many a hot summers night driving up the 400 to Huntsville laughing along to some of those bits!

Not really! While I do certainly support the Vitamin and Supplement Industry, unlike many people, I can also be quite honest. Yes, I do quite often knock the Pharmaceutical Industry for its unethical tactics of getting people hocked on unnecessary costly drugs in cases where there are easily available effective natural remedies at only a tiny fraction of the cost of their drug counterparts. But on the other hand, I will also knock the Supplement Industry for making its false and misleading claims as it quite often does that "such and such" can cure a "XYZ" medical problem when it clearly can not, and a prescribed drug is needed. So, yes, the door does swing both ways! And I make no attempt to suggest otherwise!

The sky was pretty (&) controversial when we went up to the roof earlier.
Blue skies & white fluffy clouds to the southeast:
A bit more moody when looking southwest:
Anyone else counting down the days til the winter jackets can be locked away for a few months???

It's nice to see everyone getting along, lol. It is in my opinion that the opinion of everyones opinion is very opinionated to say the least, but alas, that is only my opinion.
I would like to thank all those who offered their condolances and kind words both through private and public messages. Very much appreciated. Thank-you for the idea of a trust fund for young Jaden Sally888, with all the kerfuffle, I'm not sure anyone thought of it so thank-you for that. Again I would like to stress to all those with teenaged sons or daughters, nieces or nephews, or anyone you care about to please speak to them, try and make them understand just how fragile this life is, it can be over in a flash and then you are left with the what ifs, and the why didn'ts, If I only had haves. It is a terrible feeling and one that isn't always easy to let go of. It is a process of healing. Tonight, when you see that someone you care about, give them a big hug for me because you just never know, it might be your last.
I am sorry to bum out the thread, may I suggest we get back to the religion discussion, oops, er, I mean "Doctors" The Mafia side oops, darn shoot, did it again, What I meant to say was The Gods of Rock conversation. Was Dee Snider a "God of Rock", or just a guy who carried a raw bone around, lol
