well when i go back a page its half way between pages when i go to the next page its ok,i hav to move the bar at the bottom of page to get it all in

Maybe if you zoom out you can get the full site onto your screen?

I'm on a desktop, if I hold down the Control Key & roll the middle wheel of the mouse, I can zoom in & out. Also holding the control key down while pressing the - or + in the number pad does the same thing.

Depending on whether you are using FireFox or Explorer, you could do the same thing through View, I suppose (not sure, I always use the shortcuts).
