My crazy kids rolled down the windows of the car yesteday after Sid the Kid scored and screamed WE WON, WE WON all through Milton. A little old lady in a car at a red light kept looking over like I had kidnapped them or something, she couldn't figure out why they were screaming like banshees out the windows!!!

Nope, not at all.

The threat of tidal waves and regional flooding at sea level locales are both the result of shifting plates in the earth- which co-incidently, is the only cause of earthquakes. This shifting has more to do with the temperature of the Earth's core, than atmospheric climate could - much like the formation and eruption of volcanos.

....in my humble opinion....lol.

I've been spoiled these last 17 days - slacking off at work, knowing I could go home, camp out at the desk in the study, watch the Olympic Coverage and get caught up with work stuff at the same time. Best of both worlds: got to play SmartCanuck during the day and work/watch Olympics at night. Now that my viewing pleasure is over, guess I should actually get something done during the day - else I'll be up all night again - but this time watching reruns of NCIS!! And as much as I enjoy the show, not so much a good trade off!
