I have an application form to fill out which is in a PDF format. It does not allow me to fill in any of the blanks. Do I really have to print the form, fill it out by hand, and then scan it to send it back?

My favourite breed of dog is the Bichon Frise. I am currently dogless (between dogs)but when I'm ready for a new baby, I want another Bichon.

Yea Karmac I like those little Bichon Frise's too. They are kind of similar to the Maltese aren't they? I feel so sorry for that Maltese puppy (and her owner) who got snatched away by that coyote yesterday! What a horrible thing to happen, really horrible The same fate as little Zoe had to endure down here by the beaches.

Hear! Hear! That's the most intelligent response to this silly story that I've heard so far. They're just WORDS! They were never intended to offend or exclude anyone, and I'd hazard a guess that the writer was just as concerned with making it rhyme as they were with the specifics of the message. But if it's really that offensive, why don't we change to:

"Oh Canada
Our home and native land
True patriot love
Where gender has been banned".

But then someone will argue that we have to remove "native" because it might offend immigrants. Where does the silliness end?
