Ive heard of St Jacobs Chers and supposed to be an amazing place for shopping im told.
The fudge I make all the time is actually a low fat fudge (chocolate)the hard
kind and its delicious and only 2 grams of fat and 110 calories in a good size
piece! Its so good if you want the recipe let me know

Carnation Low fat famous fudge

1and a half cup of sugar
2/3 cups of light carnation evaporated milk
2 tablespoons of light margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups of minature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
Line 8 inch square pan with waxed paper or tinfoil
combine sugar,milk,butter and salt in medium heavy duty saucepan.Bring to a full
rolling boil over medium heat ,stirring constantly.Boil,stirring constantly for 5 minutes
Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows,choc chips,nuts and vanilla.Stir vigouously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.Pour into prepared pan.Refridgerate for 2 hours or until firm
Lift from pan and cut into small pieces
ENJOY
