You either have to be REALLY patient, or set your clock ahead an hour. They don't announce the 10:15 until Saturday. The 11:15 is announced Monday through Friday.

The 10:15 from Saturday, if that's the one you're looking for, was FORWARD.

I stopped getting the emails from a few newsletters a year ago and had changed nothing. Q107 tech support said everything was setup OK to get emails. I contacted my ISP (Internet service provider) last week and they reduced my spam / security setting and I get the email again. I guess they do those changes without telling you.
Give Rogers, Bell, etc a call and open a complaint ticket.
