I am new here as of today but I have been a guest for a little while. If you click on "Favorites" on your browser, then "add to Favorites" you can book mark this page. After that when you come to it you will have to hit "last Page" but it's fast. Hope this helps.

I noticed in all the rules to the contests, it doesn't say how to pick up the prizes. With past experience, I know they send an email and you have to copy it and bring it to Q107 with the appropriate I.D. That was for a pair of concert tickets though. I'm sure with a big grand prize that they'd call for sure. I do agree though, that it should be in the rules as it is a part of the rules. How could they forget something like that anyway? LOL

I hear you regarding the delivery of prizes. I win occasionally with 1050 CHUM's contests and it is a bit of a pain for me to make a special trip to downtown from southwest Mississauga. "Can't you just SEND me the tickets?" Oh well - sometimes they will.

Am I correct in that it was you that began this thread? Very cool! And I believe I followed the link you provided to the overall Q107 contest rules, which does state the phone call/email to the prize winner. I suppose the lawyers will deem that sufficient.

As I have won CDs and concert tickets, what they do depends on the importance. CDs involved an email announcement, and me having to travel downtown T.O. to pick up my prize. Whereas, when I won the Genesis "Front Row" (har!) tickets I was called first by Q Promotions and they were couriered to my office. Getting them the day BEFORE the concert WAS a little nerve wracking! But, they arrived!
