I recall someone saying that Q 107 knows when you use the 3 dashes - so I don't use them. Not worth loosing out on the possiblity of winning something and being blacklisted

I wonder about that too. But when you figure that Corus Entertainment owns more then 50 radio stations across Canada many of which compete for the same prizes as us, they'd would have to scrtunize tens of thousands of entries. It makes me wonder though.
I don't mind waiting for until the correct responses are accepted, it can be a little bit annoying when hours pass before they work and I also recall times when they never did work.
I once emailed the Q and asked them how many radio stations are competing for the same prizes and they never directly answered my question.........they just thanked me for playing???

I am not sure about the competion we are up against when were palying with the points. But I do know that they are aware of when we go onto their site.
Look at your account and you can even see the times that you went on and got your points, etc. I figure it's there for a reason because no one would track your time and dates that you go online, if it wasn't used or needed. I am sure with technology today - they have it in place to ween out what they want or what they deem no good. That's just my opinion.

It could be more than just tracking your points...hits to the site add revenue to their advertising dollar...banner ads etc. generate advertising dollars and the more hits the more $$....the tracking could be to justify the invoice sent to the advertisers...as we know the staff at the Q are fading fast...and to have someone track each individuals activity would not be worthwhile....keeping in mind that the prizes are most likely donated in lieu invoicing, therefore, why would Q care how or when you got you points...
