Yeah indeed sometimes it is unavoidable, and today was one such day. :( Things are looking good now though, some database changes have been made.. sorry folks. :)

Is a temporary glitch that will soon be set straight,

Email notifications are now 2 days behind. I just got an email for a message posted Thursday afternoon!
Any idea when this will be fixed?
How does one PM somebody. There used to be a PM button you can click. Now i cant find it :( Please help!

I am working on the email issue. It's a finicky one because the large email providers like gmail, hotmail, etc.. think emails from the forum are junk, so they are limiting the rate that we can send messages out. I am making changes to hopefully help but it will take a while to see if it is making a difference.Quote:

Thanks for that info.. that helped me to look in the right place. Things changed a bit with the vb4 upgrade in the email system and I am working on getting the best settings. I've made some more changes this morning, and had to clear out some queued messages but am hoping now that most messages come through as expected and without as much delay from now going forward.Quote:
