Is there a way for related/similar threads to be displayed while you're creating a new thread (to avoid reposts) like it did on the old SC?

The new menu was introduced because on the old forum header (which you can see on the blog), everyone complained about how un-user friendly it is. And after I introduced the new simplified header everyone complained about how inaccessible things are :shock:
I'll try finding a way for the drop down to take half a second before it works.

Boo, with all your hard work over this last week, I find that it feels much more user-friendly and comfortable now.
I still don't like the layout of our personal page, though - loved the old one with the profile pic the way it was, with the visitor messages under, then other stuff over to the right. Nothing against lefties, but the majority of people are right-handed, and it's just obviously easier to use the mouse towards the right side of the page.
If it's a no-go for change, I understand - but I was just wondering.

omg with the laggy laggy laggy today.. one minute it's fine, the next minute a page takes forever to load, and the next i get database errors.. sheesh
If I click new posts within a thread, there is no thread links at the top of the page, I have to use the freen forum link to get back then go back to the subforum

Im not sure if this is only me but the last couple of private messages that I used the reply button are erasing everything and not quoting the previous messages. It just comes up blank llike I was sending a new message. Im not sure what to do about it I sent a few messages earlier and they were find but the last few I have sent come up blank after I hit the reply with quote button.
