Thread: Downy Unstopables anyone?

I finally tried it. I've been really anxious to get my hands on these babies for a while, and I finally did. I've done two loads with them so far - the large comforter that we keep in our living space for our couch and our bedding. I tried the blue kind. They're just alright. I don't find them to be unstopable as I just washed our bedding two days ago and already the scent is almost gone, but maybe I just didn't use enough to make it last. I will try again. I do like the scent, I just hope it does last as long as they say! And I hope they do something about the price! Oye.

personally I don't really see the point of it. Dryer sheets are way more cost effective. If it's scent you are after between the scents of laundry detergent, scents in liquid fabric softner and scents in dryer sheets.....not sure why more is needed?!
(not "you" specifically ashl3y just in general)

i find it a pointless product as well.. its jsut a scent enhancer ... plus if u have babies... family members with exczema or sensitive skin... the scent makes it worst.. i wudnt evr ever pay for this product.... unless it was compeltely FREEE tax included.. im just too cheap... plus its SUPER expensive.. i cant believe how expensive it is!
im also talkin just in general not to the OP!

I have not tried and don't want to judge but I think it's a clever marketing gimmick(mainly for women)so we see it and buy it. I won't spend money on this product.

i bought it yesterday.tried it on a comforter, the smell lasts but not longer than a regualr jug of fabric softener.it has conveneience of not having to wait till the rinse cycle but the price isn't right.$6.97 for beads that will not last you longer than a month or two...nah not gonna buy again...i'll stick with my downy ball and 4 dollar jug of fabric softener

I don't even use fabric softer myself, I find they smell way too strong as it is. Definitely won't be buying one that smells even longer!
