    It's not just the tearpads...... My inserts are ALWAYS stolen out of my newspaper! And more often than not, they leave my sorted through paper in a heap on the step!! Someone even ripped the $2 happy meal coupon out of the Mcdonalds booklet in my mailbox....... like wtf??
