Pop Chips
Hi all,
So on Wednesday I sent a note to Pop Chips after my fiancee and I had tried them for the first time. The low calorie aspect was an appeal - we're both trying to slim down for our wedding, but we still need the occasional treat. These seemed to fit the bill.
We really enjoyed them, so I sent them a note to just let them know they rocked!
In turn, we got a personalized response from the company, which is always a delight. Nothing is a bigger turn off to customers than automated robotic responses in my opinion, and this company has hired bubbly thoughtful representatives.
Today was the big surprise however when we checked the mail and saw Fed Ex had shipped something to us. A care package from the company with 6 different sampler bags and a chip clip. I couldn't be happier with my early experience with Pop Chips - great people in a great company.

hmm have never heard of them.
So nice of them to do this for you.

That is so nice. Another SC got similar samples about a year ago, with some coupons. Of course a lot of us tried and just got $1 off coupons, which is still nice.
The only place I've ever seen them is SDM, I have still yet to try them though.

Nice!!!! these are really yummy! I did a demo on these a few months back!

The salt and pepper ones are to die for; I was very pleased with those.
Regarding this: "Of course a lot of us tried and just got $1 off coupons, which is still nice."
I'd recommend just sending them a note about the product and seeing; it cannot hurt to ask. While I doubt it's financially feasible for them to send a care package as they so generously did for me to every single customer, they do appear to be very customer friendly.
