Basically you can search in the section you will found a post about that

Tear pads can be found in every grocery stores,pharmacies,wal-mart,zellers, beside the product
Booklet is the same things or with website compagnies
Mail Out is a coupon you request with saveca,websaver,rightathome,go coupon , with insert papers coupons (smartsource,pg ,redplum)with newspapers or by the compagny they will send to you if you make comments on their compagny page... or by liking their facebook page
I thing you should see the coupons section and the start section for those informations!!!
