New menu in header... what do you guys think?

I added a whole new navigation menu to the header with links directly to many forum sections. It's the one above the green menu. It basically links directly to more pages than even the old header used to have

It's good, but maybe add the Tea Room - it's used more than the review sections you have there.
When I began on SC, I didn't find the TR for ages - just didn't know it was there.

Also, could the large HOME be titled the blog? When I think of 'home' for SC, I think of what you have listed as the Forum.

where my username and notifiction links are they are so light pink I can hardly see them though

The tea room is on there... check out the icons on the right :)

I like the headers :) - any chance they could be tab-like (like the old days) and bigger.

Nearly had a heart attack seeing a bright red header and my user name blinking at me...was wondering what I had done. Upon reading it, it's just a kick in the pants for me to read my PMs. Gee, thanks Boo! :P

BTW...I liked it on the mods screens when the "deleted threads" were shaded a light grey....can you do that again? It makes it easier to pick out from regular threads.

I may be blind with all the changes, but is there a direct link to the "Top" threads in a header?

I have 2 beefs about that top header

1. I can't get to the forum list without first clicking on forums and then the area I want. The header shows you a list but you can select off that list without first clicking it (not sure I am explaining that well)

2. I can't easily see if I have messages anymore. They get lost up there.

Also for some reason this new forum doesn't let me see my cursor at times. I can't tell where I am in my post so if I have to go back and edit something I am having to guess where I am in the post. Like just now I wanted to go back and add the words "at times" and I had to click and then type what I wanted while my cursor indicator actually still stayed at the end of the post. It used to go back to where I clicked and show me that I had moved back in the message. Not liking that at all.
