I haven't been on Klout for so long time. Do I have to get a notification on my email about a Klout Perk or that is on the Klout site? If on the site, where can i find that?

How can I open klout pertks? When I point on the perks, it just shows drop down line what perks I got before. But I can't find the link to my perks. So many changes. Where can I find klout email?

You join Klout using one of your social networks to sign up - facebook or twitter usually. Klout measures how much "influence" you have. The more you have the more free stuff you get offered. You can add topics where you want to have influence (people often add beauty, lifestyle) and Klout will watch what you post about and comment about and add topics too. You have a genereal "klout" score and then you have influence by category. So a company looking to give away sunscreen might look at people who have "beauty" topic rather than just anyone on Klout.
