What smilies need to be added to the smilie list?

the smilie pop-up box is really difficult to use on a smaller screen, can the size of the box be reduced so that it does not stretch further than the post box? If I view it on my netbook it shows 2 lines of smilies but the scrolling side (and x to close it) are hidden off the right side of the screen. On my phone, I can just see a few smilies and the box is off both sides of the screen
