We got the New House!!!!!

I am soooo excited and happy!

We just successfully bid and won a bigger house.

It was a foreclosure and was priced way under value - and there
were 10 other bids and ours was the highest - We get the keys on
the 16th!!!!!

We currently live in a 3 bed and den one bathroom (with 5 people)
rancher that we outgrew along time ago and now we are moving
into a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house!!!!!

It has a bit of yard work to do and we are going to paint it a tuscan gold colour with charcoal/black trim.
