Coupon's In Victoria

Hi everyone, hoping I can get some assistance. My husband is going to be in Victoria for 3 weeks starting Sunday. Can anyone tell me what stores are good for coupon's??? who actually carries tearpads...hoping to find a few that we don't get here in Halifax. Have heard BC gets really great coupon's? also does London Drug's still stack?

London drugs still stacks but they have cracked down and it has become harder to stack, tear pads tend to go up in cycles the smart source ones just went up this past week but most pad are already empty (some empty the day they went up!) at safeway, save on, shoppers.. you do occasionally get a decent cowboy coupons at some stores but its' really touch and go

Thanks - I didn't know that either .... I had though it was just a name attached to coups that were other than Smartsource. lol learn something on here every day. Thanks!
