Yeah, be careful if it's curdy lol. I bought 2 at the same time having never tried it before. I opened the first one and it was curdy. I thought hmmm...is this what it's supposed to be like? So I opened the second one out of curiosity, and it was thick, but smooth. I pitched the first one. I actually emailed Gay Lea about the curdy one but never heard back. I did suggest they may want to describe the consistency on the container so that people know what they are in for lol.

It's my favourite for putting on burritos and dips.
2019 is the year that we continue to save before we buy!!!

I haven't bought any b/c it is always too pricey, even with coupon. We find the cheaper brands good enough. How does it compare? Is it really worth the extra $$?
I love the Swagbucks FREE Amazon gift cards: http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/breylormom

It's a great consistency if you bake with sour cream a lot, gives a very rich texture

I just opened my first container today - wow, is this stuff thick! I had stopped buying Gay Lea regular sour cream because the last 3 containers were like soup - so gross! So I switched to Sealtest - and I think I'll just stick to Sealtest, as this Gold Sour Cream is just way too thick - I like my sour cream to be creamy - not like soup, and not stiff!

I absolutely loved this product. My family used in in tacos (just spread on the tortilla first). I love that it has lots of flavour so you don't have to use as much. I don't think I will be able to go back to regular sour cream anymore...

I picked up 2 a few weeks back for $.50 after coupon and I thought it was as good as sour cream gets. Just thicker and more decadent. They were not at all curdy so if you purchased one that was then it's bad.

dind't find it "thick and curdy" i found it "thick and smooth". Curdy as in you had little chunks in yours? maybe yours was spoiled.
Mine was awesome, love it.
