I paid off my debts before going on maternity leave, so the money I save couponing gets put into my emergency fund. Always good idea to have a bit of money stashed to the side.

We have been paying off the old student loans, but in just a couple months we will be DEBT FREE!!!! SO the money saved from couponing will go into emergency fund and saving for our childrens education. However I do hope to see a "congratulations to us we rock for paying off our debt" present to both myself and my husband once all the payments are done. Here is hoping for a little winter vakay next year It doesnt have to be big or extravegant, just some time without the Kiddos.

It sounds like we all have a plan in some form or another from emergency fund, paying debt/mortgage or living a little more freely, thanks everyone for sharing.

The money I save on my family's food helps pay for my university tuition.
