I was wondering if anyone could tell me if i can freeze soy milk and almond milk in 2L cartons? I know people freeze regular milk but was not sure about soy and almond milk. I went to s.s. today and they had alot with 50% off stickers. i bought several but they expire in a few days. Any help would be appreciated. thank you.

This link will lead you to info about keeping in the cupboard beyond the expiry date. http://stilltasty.com/fooditems/index/18350 I love this site and refer to it a lot.

I have frozen soy milk in 1/4 cups in muffin tins and then took the frozen soy milk out and put in plastic bags. I then use this for baking.

That's a great idea about freezing them in 1/4 cups. I will be doing that for sure. I have gone to the link you posted and love it. It will come in handy for future references. Thank you for your help.
