I usually just toss the paper out but I am glad I decided to read through it today. On page A44 there are 4 coupons for Safeway.
The coupons are only valid April 13 to 15.

    - Spend $100 get 100 AM ( I am not going to use I shop at RCSS)
-$8.99 of Safeway Select Lasagna 2.27kg (don't really eat lasagna)
-$1.49 Delmonte Gold fresh Pineapple (may use)
-2 for $3 Lucerne Grade A large Eggs (YES! Finally an egg coupon, felt weird when I bought eggs last week with out a coupon)

So I just came back from SF and was overcharged some how on the eggs. I though it was strange that I paid $5.07 for 2 eggs and an Easter candy for 59 cents. It should have been $3.59+$0.07 tax. I got a refund, I didn't ask for SCOP. Just be careful and check your receipt.
