Best Walmart CSM Ever!!!!!!

So after dinner DH and DH's friend were watching the hockey game and needed beer ~~ So being the great wife that I am I offered to go as long as they didn't mind if it takes a while so I could stop at Walmart.

They said yes and off I went - I ended up getting a whole lot of things and shared extra coupons along the way.

I got to the cashier and she was new - Thats ok I have patience and all my coupons were in order so I helped her as much as I could as she read every word on every coupon and circled the expriy dates etc etc.

It was a very long process and she called the CSM "April" over several times I kept apologizing saying "me again" and heres where shes the BEST CSM EVER!!!

She said to the new cashier " Oh we have quite a few extreme couponers that come into this store - They are always organized and the stroe benefits from them coming here to shop" OMG I couldn't believe it then when I had a 47 cent overage The cashier said to her "Um do we owe her money?" She replied "It looks that way - with coupons the manufacture pays us so we give the customer the difference in cash" She was smiling the entire time and for that I pronounce her THE BEST CSM EVER!!!!!:icon_thumright:

By the way I got:

6 Scrubbing Bubbles Power Sprayers
5 Palmolive Dish Soaps
3 Vim
6 Car Kleenex
6 Travel Size Wipes
4 Ears of Corn
and 47 cents change!!!!!!!

and a Six pack of Canadian for DH - Thanks for reading!!!!!!!

And the cashier recieved two Diapers Coupons
the lady behind me in line recieved two Pull-Ups Coupons
and the lady picking up Scrubbing Bubbles beside me also recieved two $5 coupons!!

you had a better wal mart experience then I did this week!! which walmart did you go to?

OMG!! Awesome brag!! Wish all cashiers/csm's were so wonderful. Can't believe you got paid to shop.

Supercentre on 88th - I think I will only shop when "April" is working - I can't even describe how awesome she was!!

LMAO I think the WM in the next town over was getting suspicious when I would call every day asking if Catherine was working. I think they just started lying to me because even in the beginning they refused to tell me when she would be in next. After the first few phone calls I gave up and if she is working when I happen to go I thank my lucky stars.

How much is the palmolive dish soap ?

Last week it was $2 something but CT had the small size on sale for $1 as Walmart does not carry the small size the CSM said it was ok to sub in the next size up that they carry - Then I used the $1 off coupon making it free -

There has been lots of debate about this but the CSM I spoke to said yes next size up is fine as they want us couponers in there store!!!

What coupons did you use to get your overage? Great shopping!

Oh I had $3 off any Kimberly Clark Product as I had a complaint about some one of there products I had bought so I used them on the travel cottonelle wipes which were $1.77 giving me approx $1.23 in overage for each one!

I don't like to disclose my complaints as people have been known to use them just to get free coupons But it was a doozy.

Smart to hand out coupons to those around you - great haul!

Thats awesome! I have had nothing but good experiences at the walmarts around me, but I know that's not the case for many people on smartcanucks
