I have seen this go on sale for 29.99 at WM, and sometimes will include a bonus refill. :-D Last time there was a $10.00 coupon, I was able to snag mine for 19.99 from WM (after coupon) with 2 bonus refills. I was pretty darn happy, as it was cheaper than buying used!
I printed, and it expires 31 August 2012 and has a NB address for redemption so valid in Canada :-D
