Hi Everyone,
Well this past week I have been battling a really bad cold and my throat has been taking a beating! I was going through my DH medicine cabinet and found Bentasil Cough and Throat Lozenges. I have used Halls and they are good, but didn't have anymore so I thought I would give these ones a try and I am so happy I did! They are chewy which is great and they work right away! I tried the lemon flavour and it tastes great! I talk alot (Part of my job) and they not just saved my voice but the pain and hurt is gone! They are a bit pricey 3.99 but I think they are worth it! I totally recommend them!
Thanks for reading!

I totally agree - they are great! I love the texture of them, too.
Hoping you are all better now!

Thanks for the suggestion! I am just recovering from 2 weeks of a cold, cough and sore throat. I have tried Cepacol, but the results are only temporary.

I used to teach, so had to keep the throat lubricated, so any hint of a sore throat was just awful (I had chronic laryngitis, so had to be careful!).
Used to use Sucrets, too - haven't in ages, though.

I usually go with Halls if I feel like i am starting to get something in my throat, which usually works, but this cold I have just came out of no where. Now it was not effecting my voice until now! and that is BIG because my job is around being able to speak lol. So I had to come up with something quick, thank god DH had these.

I *love* the blackcurrant flavour! I consider Bentasils a wise tip from my older sister. They work so well when I'm sick and I can't handle the overpowering sugar in other cough candies.

Purchased the blackcurrant flavor and to my surprise, it seems to work. I have tried the lemon flavor before but it didn't work. I think I will stick with blackcurrant from now on.
Thanks for the suggestion!
