Hi,
I'm in the process of signing up under heycinderella's link. I don't have paypal yet -- can I select send a cheque now and then change that option later w/o any kind of fees or hassles. Otherwise I'll set up my paypal account first.
Silk
Thanks for the codes!! :) Would love a referral for sure.
49 for the code :)
Thanks for the code. Got me 42. And congrats to all the people with new referrals, thats awesome!
Hi, I just called paypal. They said that when I receive any kind of payment there is a charge of 1.9% - 2.9% + $0.30 CAD per transaction. That's even in the personal account.
Does this mean when we earn for example .25 cents on likenet we end up paying those fees?
I haven't completed the referral process and sorry but I'm going to close out of the process until I have all this sorted out.
Thanks Giving Small and Fallen Pixels for your help ths far! Hope this is cleared up so I can join you all!
Silk
Thanks for the code ,got 43 pts :)
Hi Silk.
There is NO PayPal fee if the company sends the payment as Personal and the payment comes from PayPal balance or bank balance. If they send it Personal and through a credit card, there will still be a fee. Say you want to send a payment to a friend through PayPal, you would click the "Send Money" tab, then from there there are two tabs, "Purchase" and "Personal". "Payment" is for goods/services that you buy. "Personal" is for money transfers to friends/family and what the Rewards sites use because it's a free reward.
Free when the money comes from PayPal balance or bank account.
2.9% + $0.30 CADwhen the money comes from a credit card
(the sender decides who pays this fee).
If you choose "Purchase", the person receiving the funds is charged the fee.
Silk - the newsletter from Likenet today had this info (no fees). The first Payouts from Likenet did have a fee charged to the recipient, not the sender.
It is definitely possible to receive money from a company without a fee being paid by the recipient. Superpoints and Swagbucks do it.

PayPal Payout Fees
We have worked it out now that WE will take the fees. Everyone who received a PayPal payout in the last month has been credited 200 points (per PayPal transaction). Terms of Use & FAQ
Ok, I have registered using heycinderella's link!
I selected receive payment by cheque for now and will change it after I set up a pp account!
Thanks everyone for your help -- it's the first time I've signed up for this kind of thing.
Now... how do I get the newsletter -- I didn't see that as option (did I miss it?). And how do I start entering codes :)
Silk
Oh and ps, please add me to the referral chain! How do I get/know my referral link?
