dealfind wallet deal (fraud company deal)

I bought a deal from Dealfind of Aluminium Wallet about 3 months ago and paid another $4.95 for shipping, when I redeemed my voucher. I never received my wallet, so tried to contact that company by e-mail and phones but in vain. So i e-mailed Dealfind regarding shipment for my product. After so many e-mails, today i got an e-mail from Dealfind that refund for the deal is processed but they didn't refund my shipping fee and asked me to contact that company. Also James( dealfind representative) told me that Dealfind tried to contact that company but couldn't get any response from them.


I decided never to buy such deals as on their website its mentioned that they deal with genuine companies. This deal was purchased by 494 people. I wasted my money as well as time. Please suggest me.

oh my God that's not a good reputation for dealfind, it's not only the hassel of wasting money but time and headache!!
