I hope somebody can answer this. I have 3 different $3 coupons for centrum ( 2 tear pads, different upc's and an insert). Can i still take those to london drugs and stack them to get vitamins?? The only restrictive wording on them is "limit of one coupon per purchase"

You can always go there and try to stack.
If that is the only wording on them, it shouldn't be a problem.In the past they would have been stackable, but LD is changing the policy and rumours are swirling that they may stop stacking all together, so it would be best to either stop in or give them a call. I myself would prefer to go in as the person on the phone and the cashier you get may be 2 different people with 2 different opinions of the stores new policy.
