The Recipe for a Bug-Free Summer
The only thing as annoying as mosquito bites? Pungent,chemical-laden insect repellents.
Instead,blend a batch of this all-natural spray developed by Amanda Blake Soule,author of
The Rhythm of Family.
3 1/2 ounces witch hazel
1/2 teaspoon lemongrass oil
1/2 teaspoon eucalyptus oil
1/2 teaspoon citronella oil
Combine all the ingredients in a four ounce spray bottle.
Shake the mixture before each use.
