I drank the coffee ones hot :) I HATE iced coffee. It was really good hot though :) Wasn't a fan of the iced tea ones...I think they tasted too weak and too sugary. I was not a fan.

We got this freebie at least 1 month ago maybe longer...you should worried and try to kept track of your mail with canada post.

Oh I do keep track but there is no way of knowing where it is without a tracking number. :(
Thank you for letting me know though. I've had another parcel that I won from an author and I was supposed to receive go missing ever since our postal worker was injured and others are filling in. She didn't have a tracking number either so there is really no way to claim anything without it. Sucks..

Any chance you could email the company and get the confirmation the iced tea pods were indeed sent out to you? I'm sure you wouldn't be able to get it back, but if you can at least get confirmation of a third party every time something is missing and then file a complaint to CP, maybe they'll start doing something after a few times. Unfortunately if one items goes missing to a few hundreds people and everyone keeps it quiet, CP will never realize.

That being said, I once had someone else's envelope delivered to me. Postal code was the same - doesn't surprise me, there are only a few in my town - address was absolutely different otherwise, BUT same APARTMENT number. I wrote on the envelope : Please deliver to the correct address and lost absolute faith in CP!

MsRasputin, I have e-mailed the company to inquire about the issue. I'm not expecting them to send me another replacement but I would like to try to solve what's going on. I called Canada Post about the issue with the author's parcel and also mentioned not receiving my Keurig samples but the woman told me that without a tracking number there is nothing they can do. That makes me angry to be honest because any mail can just go missing and there is nothing they can do. I don't like accusing anyone of anything but I wonder if the fill in postal worker would steal it or put it in the wrong box of someone who wouldn't bother to return it to me. Anything could have happened I guess but I would like to know to prevent this problem in the future. I did receive a Trident sample today though. So that's some good news :-)

Hey everyone who has a Mr Coffee Keurig. There is a voluntary recall on these machines. If you own one, they will send you an envelope that you will send the cut off plug to them. Then you will get a new machine. Yay, getting a new machine.
