We have one GIANT cat - he is well over 20 lbs. He is not only fat but a large cat to begin with. He is great though (except when he decides to pee on our clothes - grrrr)

I have two rats - both males. Joe is my hairless Pink eyed white and Spot is his son an agouti hooded. My daughter had a Siamese rat but we are currently in the middle of a move and are re-homing our pets.

If your cat is peeing on your clothes it might be a sign of bladder disease, might wanna get that checked out.

I'm so sorry to hear that . I had a cat who I had for about the same time and he passed away about 2 years ago now and your right its awful. I cried for so long and even still when I think about him I get teary, he was a great little guy. I now have two cats, one I rescued who I am happy to say has had an amazingly spoiled life since and a hymalian ragdoll that my mom bought.

I have a black shorthair male 2 year old cat named Vader (yes, as in Darth Vader). I also have tropical fish (a red tailed black shark, a pink danio, diamond tetras, rosey barbs, and some things I can't remember their names) in two separate tanks, a 25 gallon and a 10 gallon.

or maybe the cat is jealous of your son since all of a sudden you're not giving him (the cat) as much attention as you used to
if he pees more on your son's clothes then this might be the reason

Its most likely he is peeved as he has no access to outside anymore (no deck right now), plus there is probably some jealousy and he doesn't like his diet food.

I used to have fish but then one died while I changed her water (might have been my fault coz i accidentally hit her on the head) and I got depressed and stopped getting anymore fish.

I'm seriously thinking of getting a Shih Tzu now. They look so cute and adorable.
