i ordered for my mom like 2-3 weeks ago and finally got one! yipee!
got mine in the mail today, gonna get it at walmart tomorrow :-)
Its a holder with the airfreshener in it. You can buy a new airfresheners after they run out and stick them in the holder.

just checked and it said reorder May 23rd...wonder if we can get another?...hmmm
