Maybe you clicked on the link...they don't like when you come from a freebie site, so just copy the link....honestly, their products come pretty fast, and personalized. Its one of the best I've ever received!

I got my samples within 7 days. This has been the fastest freedie to date.

After filling out the questionnaire, make sure you reply to the message they send you to confirm ship. add. & skin type profile. If this is not done, you will not get your sample.
